I am part of a group departing 31 st April for Atres Rock with 5 planes going onto WA,
I am then co-ordinating a smaller group of 12 people / six light sport aircraft from Ayres Rock, Kings Creek Staion for 2 days then onto Coober Pedy – 2 days then overflying William Creek to Lake Eyre on the 8th May before landing at Leigh Creek to refuel.
Do you have any suggestions or info re flying around Lake Eyre, I am to call the charter operation that operates out of William Creek but thought you may have some advice to add.
Our group is part of the Qld Recreational flying assoc and ask you you condider including a few of us to accompany you on one of your future trip.
