    Need advice how to separate horizontal stab from vertical on my Grob 109-B.  Over these many years it is mechanically frozen.  Is cutting it off the final answer. If so, I guess that means just getting a new replacement ?  Thanks for opinion, Greg Lytle San Antonio, Tx
