Byron Bay Gliding Club Morning Glory Expedition, 2009
Laura trained and went solo at Byron Gliding in August. A month later she was flying the Morning Glory in Burketown. Not all pilots progress quite so fast, but in her case it's in the blood. Her father is a commercial pilot, her grandfather was a WWII pilot, and her grandmother was a glider pilot too!
